📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the full cycle of recruitment, from job advertising to onboarding, ensuring we attract and retain the best talent.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with local labor laws and regulations.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees to support their professional development.
• Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.
• Support the finance team with financial operations, including payroll processing, expense management, and budgeting.
• Assist with administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records and preparing reports.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR and finance.
• Represent the company at HR-related events and activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and employee relations.
• Experience in financial operations and payroll processing is a plus.
• Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software, such as SAP, Oracle, or Workday.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid work permit for Indonesia.
