📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management, highlighting areas of strength and opportunities for improvement.,Collaborating with various departments to understand business processes and identify potential risks.,Ensuring compliance with internal policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.,Developing and implementing audit plans and schedules to cover all key areas of the organization.,Providing recommendations for process improvements based on audit findings.,Assisting in the preparation of financial statements and ensuring their accuracy.,Maintaining and updating audit documentation and records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal auditing.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, auditing standards, and risk management.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards (GAAP) and regulations.
