Hokian Cahya Auto Service is looking for an experienced IT Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting our IT systems, ensuring smooth operation of our business processes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and troubleshoot IT systems and networks,Provide technical support to employees and customers,Install, configure, and update software and hardware,Monitor system performance and security,Develop and implement IT policies and procedures,Train employees on IT systems and software,Manage and maintain IT documentation,Assist in disaster recovery and business continuity planning

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role,Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software,Familiarity with IT security best practices,Excellent problem-solving and communication skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken),Familiarity with Indonesian language is a plus
