📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate daily household tasks, including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
• Organize and oversee special events, ensuring they run smoothly from start to finish.
• Handle communication with vendors, service providers, and the family, ensuring all needs are met.
• Use Home Assistant and Google Calendar to manage schedules and tasks efficiently.
• Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality at all times.
• Ensure the residence is always clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
• Assist with personal care and grooming for the family members when needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service, anticipating and exceeding the family's expectations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury household or high-end hospitality setting.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
