📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Oversee inventory management and ensure stock levels are optimized.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost sales and customer engagement.,Train and mentor store staff to enhance their performance and skills.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Collaborate with other departments to achieve store goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing retail operations and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian is a must, English is a plus.
