TBI Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Payable Intern to join our finance team. This is a temporary position to cover for maternity leave. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in finance and accounting, and a desire to learn and grow in a dynamic and supportive environment.

As an Account Payable Intern, you will play a crucial role in our finance operations. You will work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices, payments, and reconciliations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in processing and verifying vendor invoices and payments.
  • Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
  • Conduct regular reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records.
  • Prepare and submit monthly expense reports.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
  • Support the finance team in any other tasks as required.
  • Learn and understand the company's financial processes and procedures.
  • Contribute to a positive and productive work environment.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new situations and tasks.
