📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and increase market share.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.,Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business opportunities.,Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.,Prepare and present business development reports and proposals to senior management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of business development initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.,Strong understanding of the local market and industry trends.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using business development tools and software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
