📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the implementation of HACCP and ISO 22000 standards across all operations.
• Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate food safety hazards.
• Develop and enforce food safety policies and procedures.
• Train and mentor staff on food safety best practices.
• Ensure compliance with national and international food safety regulations.
• Collaborate with regulatory bodies to maintain and improve our food safety certification.
• Lead the development of a comprehensive food safety management system.
• Monitor and report on food safety performance metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Nutrition, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in food safety management, preferably in a food processing or agribusiness environment.
• Certification in HACCP, ISO 22000, or other relevant food safety standards.
• Strong knowledge of national and international food safety regulations.
• Proven experience in leading and managing a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using food safety management software such as SQF, BRC, or IFS.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
