📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers in the fashion and garment industry.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to secure the best deals.
- Manage the import process, including customs clearance and logistics.
- Ensure that imported products meet the company's quality standards and specifications.
- Collaborate with the design and production teams to align products with the brand's vision.
- Monitor supplier performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with industry trends and market developments.
- Prepare and present reports on supplier performance and import activities.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in import merchandising, fashion, or a related field.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with fashion industry software such as Fashion Sourcing, Modea, or similar.
- Knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
