📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and compliance with labor laws.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company and government regulations.,Lead and mentor the HR team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees to foster professional growth.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.,Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives.,Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with a proven track record in leading HR teams.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR management software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.
