Resto Kirana Medical Center is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Learning Development to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing learning and development programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. You will play a crucial role in fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within our organization.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Identify training needs and design appropriate training programs.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate and develop employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to align training programs with business objectives.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Monitor and report on the progress and outcomes of learning and development initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant training tools.,Experience in developing and delivering training programs in a healthcare or related industry is a plus.
