📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the procurement process from initiation to completion.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.,Ensure compliance with all procurement policies and procedures.,Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure the best possible terms.,Monitor and analyze procurement spend to identify areas for cost savings.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of procurement needs.,Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and audits.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with a proven track record in managing procurement processes.,Strong negotiation and communication skills.,Proficiency in using procurement software and tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian procurement laws and regulations.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.
