In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and ensuring customer satisfaction in our retail locations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.,Train and mentor retail sales teams to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in product launches and promotions to drive sales.,Collaborate with marketing and other departments to support sales initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive environment.,Strong interpersonal and communication skills.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems.,Knowledge of the coffee industry is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
