Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations,Manage and mentor operational staff,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Develop and maintain operational budgets,Conduct regular operational reviews and audits

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices,Excellent leadership and communication skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
