📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the health center, including patient care, administrative tasks, and facility maintenance.,Ensure that all health center policies and procedures are followed and that staff are trained and supervised accordingly.,Manage the health center's budget and financial records, ensuring that all expenses are tracked and accounted for.,Coordinate with other healthcare providers and facilities to ensure that patients receive the best possible care.,Monitor the health center's performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve operations.,Handle any patient complaints or concerns in a professional and compassionate manner.,Ensure that the health center is compliant with all relevant regulations and standards.,Work closely with the medical director to ensure that the health center's mission and goals are met.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the healthcare industry.,Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, including patient care, administrative tasks, and facility maintenance.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with both staff and patients.,Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with healthcare software and technology, including electronic health records (EHR) systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Valid driver's license and ability to drive a company vehicle if required.
