📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and settle procurement transactions with suppliers and vendors.,Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and procedures.,Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate smooth procurement processes.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all purchasing activities.,Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms and prices.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.,Resolve any discrepancies or issues that arise during the procurement process.,Prepare and submit reports on purchasing activities and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.,Proficient in Mandarin both spoken and written.,Strong understanding of purchasing processes and procedures.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems and purchasing software is a plus.,Ability to travel occasionally for business purposes.
