In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to the success of our company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including job advertising, interview scheduling, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR programs and initiatives to improve employee engagement and performance.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions and grievances.,Stay up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Provide guidance and support to managers on HR-related matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a HR Generalist or similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with remote work and collaboration tools.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
