Space Sun Nusantara is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and a high standard of food and beverage quality. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage quality control.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the restaurant is maintained to a high standard.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Manage the restaurant's budget and financial performance.,Train and develop the restaurant's staff to ensure they are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.,Monitor customer feedback and make necessary improvements to enhance the customer experience.,Ensure that all legal and regulatory requirements are met, including licensing, permits, and health inspections.,Represent the restaurant at industry events and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.,A strong understanding of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, cost control, and menu planning.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.,A proven track record of success in a similar role, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.,A valid driver's license and the ability to drive a company vehicle.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
