Asia Garment is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Bontang. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing store operations, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and develop a team of store assistants and staff.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Drive sales and profitability targets for the store.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Conduct regular staff training and development sessions.,Prepare and present weekly and monthly reports to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
