📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Provide strategic financial advice to support the company's objectives and growth.
  • Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Manage and mentor junior finance and accounting staff, providing guidance and support.
  • Conduct regular financial analysis and provide insights to senior management.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
  • Proven track record of managing financial operations and providing strategic financial advice.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in using financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
  • Fluency in English is required; local language skills are a plus.
