🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a supervisory role.,Proven experience in talent development and workplace culture initiatives.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with HRIS systems and data analysis tools.,Understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Certification in HR management or related fields is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
