📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop learning programs and initiatives that align with the company's strategic goals.,Identify and analyze learning and development needs of employees and teams.,Create and deliver training programs, workshops, and other learning experiences.,Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that learning and development initiatives are integrated into the company's overall operations.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Measure and report on the impact of learning and development initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on employee training and development.,Proven track record of designing and implementing effective learning programs.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant software.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
