Develop and implement a comprehensive compensation and benefits strategy aligned with the company's goals and market practices.,Oversee the design, administration, and review of compensation programs, including salaries, bonuses, and benefits.,Conduct market research and salary benchmarking to ensure competitive and fair compensation packages.,Manage the benefits administration process, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to understand business needs and ensure compensation programs support organizational objectives.,Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by addressing employee concerns and promoting a culture of recognition and reward.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in compensation and benefits to drive continuous improvement.,Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals to ensure the successful delivery of compensation and benefits services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 5 years in a compensation and benefits role.,Proven track record of success in designing and implementing effective compensation and benefits programs.,Strong knowledge of local labor laws, regulations, and industry standards in Indonesia.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience working in a multinational or international environment is a plus.,Certifications in HR, compensation, or benefits are a plus.
