Oversee the operations of the customer experience team, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction.,Develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.,Lead and mentor team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Monitor and analyze customer feedback and operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and coordination of services.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.,Manage budgets and resources for the customer experience team.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a related field.,Proven experience in customer experience and team leadership.,Strong understanding of customer service best practices and industry trends.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with HRIS and other operational software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
