📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of professionals to ensure the successful delivery of projects.,Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution.,Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Represent the company at meetings and events as needed.,Identify and address team challenges and issues in a timely manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in team leadership roles.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.,Experience in project management and coordination.,Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.,Familiarity with HR policies and procedures.
