Stripe is seeking a Specialist Solutions Architect, Billing to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing billing solutions that meet the needs of our customers. You will work closely with our sales and customer support teams to ensure that our billing systems are scalable, reliable, and user-friendly.

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Design and implement billing solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
  • Work closely with our sales and customer support teams to ensure that our billing systems are scalable, reliable, and user-friendly.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to our customers to help them achieve their business goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in billing systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our billing solutions are integrated with other parts of our platform.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure that our billing systems are of high quality.
  • Mentor and train junior team members to help them develop their skills and grow their careers.
  • Contribute to the development of our billing systems by identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in designing and implementing billing systems.
  • Strong understanding of billing and payment processing systems.
  • Experience with cloud-based billing solutions.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
  • Experience with database systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
