📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sponsorship sales strategies to maximize revenue and brand exposure.,Identify and prospect potential sponsors, including local and international businesses.,Negotiate and finalize sponsorship agreements, ensuring all terms and conditions are met.,Manage and maintain relationships with existing sponsors, providing regular updates and support.,Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure sponsorship benefits are effectively communicated and utilized.,Monitor and report on sponsorship performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.,Attend industry events and trade shows to network and identify new sponsorship opportunities.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sponsorship sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sponsorship sales or a related field.,Proven track record of successfully securing and managing sponsorship deals.,Strong negotiation and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with CRM systems and sales software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Experience in the hospitality or leisure industry is a plus.
