Thursina IIBS is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Staff Asset Management to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing and controlling the company's assets to ensure their efficient and effective use. This position offers a competitive salary and a dynamic work environment in Malang, Jawa Timur.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement asset management policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.,Conduct regular asset audits and inventories to track and monitor the status of company assets.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all company assets, including purchase orders, maintenance schedules, and disposal records.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely maintenance and repairs of company assets.,Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements in asset management processes.,Provide regular reports and updates on asset status, performance, and compliance to senior management.,Assist in the development and implementation of asset management software and tools as needed.,Train and mentor junior staff on asset management best practices and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in asset management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of asset management principles, practices, and regulations.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with asset management software and tools is a plus.
