As a Training Officer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to ensure effective learning.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.,Coordinate with department heads to ensure training needs are met.,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback.,Stay updated with the latest training methodologies and trends.,Provide ongoing support and mentorship to employees during and after training.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Proficient in using training software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Creative and innovative approach to training and development.
