Sumber Umar Electronics is looking for a dedicated Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees at all levels.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop training plans.,Provide ongoing support and mentorship to employees during and after training sessions.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Assist in the evaluation and selection of training providers and vendors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other training software.,Experience in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
