📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement effective collection strategies to recover outstanding debts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in debt collection or a related field.
• Proven track record of successful debt recovery and collection achievements.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple collection tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data management and reporting.
• Knowledge of local laws and regulations governing debt collection in Central Kalimantan.
