📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, design, and execution of interior design projects, ensuring they meet client requirements and industry standards.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Develop and maintain design concepts, drawings, and specifications using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Present design proposals to clients and stakeholders, providing clear and compelling justifications for design decisions.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in interior design to enhance project outcomes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in interior design, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing interior design projects from conception to completion.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit.
