📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain detailed resource plans for open pit mining operations.
• Analyze and interpret geological and mining data using specialized software such as Surpac, Datamine, or similar tools.
• Forecast mineral reserves and resources, ensuring compliance with international standards like JORC.
• Collaborate with the mining team to optimize production schedules and resource utilization.
• Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders, including management and regulatory bodies.
• Participate in environmental impact assessments and mitigation strategies.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in resource planning.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in resource planning for open pit mining.
• Proficiency in using resource planning software such as Surpac, Datamine, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of mining regulations and environmental compliance.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Certification in mining software or industry standards is a plus.
