📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the preparation and timely submission of financial statements and reports.,Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.,Manage the accounting team and delegate tasks effectively.,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions.,Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations.,Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.,Manage vendor and customer accounts and ensure timely payments.,Prepare and analyze budgets and forecasts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting management.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Experience with accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Proven ability to manage accounting teams and drive financial performance.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
