📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit customer locations to collect payments and resolve any issues that may arise
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our services
• Negotiate with customers to resolve any outstanding payments or issues
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers
• Work closely with the collection team and other departments to ensure that we meet our collection targets
• Use our collection software to track and manage customer accounts and payments
• Ensure that all collection activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Provide regular reports and updates to the collection team and management on the status of customer accounts and payments

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the financial services industry
• Proven track record of success in collecting payments and resolving customer issues
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with collection software such as Salesforce or similar platforms
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
