📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection and onboarding.
• Support the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they are integrated smoothly into the team.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Conduct employee surveys and gather feedback to improve workplace satisfaction.
• Assist in the organization of team-building activities and events.
• Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and other HR team members.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Recent graduate with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of HR software and tools, such as BambooHR, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Proactive and detail-oriented with a passion for learning and development.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
