📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and software applications.
• Provide technical support to employees, resolving hardware and software issues.
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of IT security measures.
• Support daily business operations, including data entry, scheduling, and coordination.
• Assist in managing office supplies, maintaining office equipment, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT and operational needs.
• Monitor and report on IT performance and operational efficiency.
• Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT administration and operations support.
• Proficient in using IT tools and software, including Microsoft Office Suite, and common IT support tools.
• Experience with network and server management, including knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory.
• Familiarity with cloud services and virtualization technologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
