• Conduct root cause analysis to address production issues and implement corrective actions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and continuous process improvement.
• Work closely with suppliers to optimize inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production processes.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior staff on best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in production optimization and lean manufacturing.
• Proficient in using SAP and Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or equivalent is a plus.
